Posting to the PS4 subreddit yesterday, one user uploaded an image showing a creepy room filled with headless mannequins. In fact, one moddder was able to recreate a particularly creepy moment from SH3, but give it a bit of a visual polish. While Silent Hill 2 is considered the best game in the series, the third game still definitely has its unsettling moments.
Certainly, the first generation of SH games are notable for being able to make the player shudder and their skin crawl. When people think about Silent Hill, the word "creepy" tends to come to mind for many players.
